Barrington Pointe Fittings

This appointment is for dancers who have been fit in pointe shoes previously and are looking to change the brand or model of their shoes. This is also an appropriate appointment for a second or third pair of pointe shoes. 

The $25 deposit is applied to the purchase of your pointe shoes at the fitting. This is NOT an additional fee.

COVID-19 Update: For the health & safety of our customers and staff, as well as to keep in-line with current restrictions, Allegro is limiting the number of people in our stores. It is important that you keep your scheduled pointe fitting, as we are holding the time just for you. Appointments running late are still welcome, but they will still be subject to the duration of the scheduled fitting. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: For appointments cancelled with 48 hours or more notice, a refund will be issued in the form of original payment. For appointments cancelled less than 48 hours from the appointment date, a gift card will be issued. Appointments rescheduled will have their deposit advanced; this may be done once per booking. For "no show/no call" cancellations on the day of the appointment and for appointments rescheduled more than once, the $25 deposit will be considered forfeit.

This fitting is for a dancer who has been approved to get their very first pair of pointe shoes!  Allegro recommends having a teacher's approval before booking this appointment. This appointment is in our Barrington location.

This is for dancers who want their exact same style of pointe shoe, but may need potential adjustments to length, width, shank or accessories. 

A good example would be a dancer who loves their current style of shoes, but wants to compare the current size to one length longer.

This fitting is for a dancer who only wants to try a single brand of pointe shoes. For example, this appointment would be for a dancer looking to try only Russian Pointe brand shoes.

This is for dancers preparing to go en pointe who are enrolled in a Pre-Pointe Class. Pre-Pointe Shoes (also known as Demi-Pointe or Exam Shoes) are typically requested by your teacher, if necessary. Not all pre-pointe classes require these shoes. This appointment is only available in Barrington.
