The SuperiorBand is natural, latex-free rubber loop used to increase flexibility and strength. It contains micro-ridges for exceptional grip and works for all body sizes. The SuperiorBand is 45 inches long, 90 inches in circumference, and 1.5 inches wide. Developed for stretch training in all styles of dance and gymnastics, you can use it for stretching your arabesque, splits, and more. It can also be used as a strengthening tool. Simply wrap the band around your hand or foot to make the band shorter. The SuperiorBand® Green provides more resistance than the SuperiorBand® Pink.

With access to instructional videos included, this is a great stretch tool for dancers looking to start improving their flexibility and increase the height of their arabesque & penchée.

The StretchMAX has an innovative design that helps you stretch at home. This tool was designed specifically for dancers and gymnasts. It sports a welded chrome D-ring for easy slide and eliminates damage to your door. The StretchMAX is made from 1.5" webbing, which is strong, soft, and durable. This webbing will not give you rope burn and the total weight is less than 5 ounces. One size will fit all.

How to Use the StretchMAX:

1. Attach the small piece of webbing on the door. Place the door stop over the door with the D-Ring facing towards you. Securely close the door so it does not open during the stretch.

2. Insert the longer piece of webbing through the D-ring. Place one loop around your foot and the other around your hand. Pull down with your hands and stretch to a comfortable level. Make sure your body is in proper alignment to ensure your stretching correctly.

The SuperiorBand Ultra is a natural, latex-free rubber loop used to increase flexibility and strength for all body sizes. It is 45 inches long, 90 inches in circumference, and 1.5 inches wide. Unlike the SuperiorBand, the natural rubber has a smooth finish, which makes it soft to the touch. You can use it for stretching your arabesque, splits, and more. It can also be used as a strengthening tool.
