As your shoes break in, you may experience some extra pain or pressure. To ease this, simply rip off a small bit of lambs wool and place inside your pointe shoes or your toe pads to add a little extra comfort wherever you need it.
If you notice rubbing or redness on your toe knuckles or heels, that is a sign that you may be developing a blister. Simply cover/wrap the affected area with toe tape to help protect it & prevent blisters. If you already have a blister, use the toe tape to keep a bandage in place. Toe tape can also be used for taping toe spacers or lambs wool in place.
