Dress Code Notes
Please read the following information in order to select your level-appropriate dancewear.
Levels Pre-1 through 5 and Ballet Technique/ Etoile: Custom Ballet Rosa dress in specified color, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes.
Advanced/Pre-Pro Ballet: May wear any black leotard (see options below), pink tights, and pink ballet shoes.
Musical Theatre/Tap: May wear any style black leotard (no long sleeve leotards permitted), black shorts and black Tap shoes (see options below). No shoes are required for Jazz.

Pre-1: Buttercup Dress (Yellow)
Level 1: Ciel Dress (Light Blue)
Level 2: Parme Dress (Lavender)
Level 3: Vert Emeraude Dress (Mint)
Level 4: Lagon Dress (Teal)
Level 5: Marine Dress (Navy)
Ballet Technique/ Etoile: Noir Dress (Black)
SIZING NOTE: the Dance Dress runs small. We recommend going up one size.
Advanced/Pre-Pro Ballet & Musical Theatre/Tap Leotards
Advanced/Pre-Pro Ballet: Black leotard (any style)
Musical Theatre/Tap: Black leotard (any style except long sleeves)

Musical Theatre/Tap Shorts
Shorts are allowed in black only. Any style is acceptable.
All Style Shoes
Ballet: Classes require a split-sole canvas ballet shoe. While the Capezio Hanami is preferred, any brand is acceptable.
Please note that the sizing on these canvas shoes is not the same as street and may require assistance from an Allegro team member in order to find the correct size. If you have questions, please use the contact form below.
Preschool-aged dancers may wear leather Ballet shoes.
Tap: Black tap shoes are required.
Jazz: No shoes are required.
All Level Tights
Pink convertible tights are required for ballet. Preschool-aged dancers may have footed tights. While Capezio is listed here, any brand is acceptable.
