Holiday Returns
We know how hectic the holidays can get, so we have extended our return policy this season!
All orders placed between November 16th and January 1st are eligible for our extended Holiday Return Policy.
In-store Orders
All in-store orders are eligible for a full refund within 45 days of the original purchase date, and for store credit within 60 days of the original purchase date. Standard return policy rules apply.
Online Orders
All orders placed online or shipped from one of our boutiques are eligible for a full refund within 45 days of the order's delivery date, and for store credit within 60 days of the order's delivery date. Standard return policy rules apply.

Holiday Return Policy
For a full refund, returns must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date.
For store credit, returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Returns can be made at either of our boutique locations.
For in-store purchases being returned through the mail customers initiating a return for a full refund are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Allegro covers the cost of shipping for returns initiated for store credit.
Please note, orders placed using a promotion for free or discounted items with a minimum purchase are only eligible to be returned for store credit.
Return Eligibility Details
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items being returned must have been purchased from Allegro. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We do not accept returns on any pointe or ballet shoes that have been sewn.
Tights will be sealed upon purchase and may not be returned if opened.
Sale items, gift cards, and custom products are final sale.
Items shipped back outside of the return window are not eligible for return.
Non-eligible returns will not be accepted. If a product is deemed unfit for return, Allegro will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. If your return is rejected, you may (1) pay the cost of shipping to have the item shipped back to you or (2) opt to have Allegro dispose of the item for you.

Allow 5 business days for the processing of your refund from the time your product(s) are received and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges can be made at either of our boutique locations. In-store purchases may be exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date. Online orders may be exchanged within 60 days of the delivery date.
We do not offer traditional exchanges through the mail. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to begin a return to store credit for your original order and place a new order once your return has been processed.
