Holiday Returns

We know how hectic the holidays can get, so we have extended our return policy for the season!

All orders placed between November 8th and December 25th are eligible for our extended Holiday Return Policy.

In-store Orders

All in-store orders are eligible for a full refund, or store credit through January 31, 2026.

Online Orders

All orders placed online or shipped from one of our boutiques are eligible for a full refund, or store credit through January 31, 2026.

Holiday Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items being returned must have been purchased from Allegro. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Tights will be sealed upon purchase and may be returned if unopened. We do not accept returns on any pointe or ballet shoe that have been worn, sewn, or marked.

Sale items, gift cards, custom products are final sale. International orders are final sale as well.

Partial returns on orders placed with a promotion for free or discounted items with a minimum purchase are only eligible to be returned for store credit. This includes our bulk pointe shoe discount and other similar promotions.

Items shipped back to Allegro outside of the return window will not be accepted.

If a return is rejected, Allegro will notify the customer and no refund will be issued. Customers may pay the cost of shipping to have the item shipped back to them or opt to have Allegro dispose of the item.

Exchanges can be made at either of our boutique locations.

We do not offer traditional exchanges through the mail. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to begin a return to store credit for your original order and place a new order once your return has been processed.
