Returns

We know sometimes a product is just not quite right, so we've made our return process as easy as possible.

To initiate a return, please review the following information then click here to visit our Return Portal.

RETURN WINDOW

  • For a full refund, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • For store credit, returns must be initiated within 45 days of delivery and Allegro covers the cost of return shipping.

  • Returns must be placed in the mail within one week of a return label being issued to remain eligible.

  • Orders placed with a promotion for free or discounted items with a minimum purchase are only eligible to be returned for store credit.

  • Please allow 5 business days for your return and refund to be processed once it is delivered.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items being returned must have been purchased from Allegro. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Tights will be sealed upon purchase and may be returned if unopened. We do not accept returns on any pointe or ballet shoe that have been worn, sewn, or marked.

Sale items, gift cards, custom products are final sale. International orders are final sale as well.

Items shipped back to Allegro outside of the return window will not be accepted.

If a return is rejected, Allegro will notify the customer and no refund will be issued. Customers may pay the cost of shipping to have the item shipped back to them or opt to have Allegro dispose of the item.

2. Follow this link to begin a return.

3. Use the label provided through our return portal to ship your package back within a week of initiating your return.

4. Once your return is delivered allow 5 business days for it to be approved and processed.

5. Once your return is approved a refund or store credit will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent.

Exchanges for in-store and online purchases can be made in-store at either of our boutique locations.

Allegro does not offer exchanges through the mail. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have for store credit and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with that credit.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be e-mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
